@Julie K, thank you so very much for mentioning Trustile Doors. We purchased 4 doors (fire door, barn door, 10-lite door, and pocket door). We were super impressed with Trustile's quote which included an image of the doors and all the pertinent details. Their door selection and colors are outstanding! The 10-lite came stained, and I painted the other doors myself. They look amazing!

@dough71, thanks for reporting back and congratulations on your gorgeous doors! I wish we'd gone with Trustile's doors because we had nothing but problems with our Simpson doors!

The doors that were supposed to take less than 3 months to arrive at our home took 15+ months to arrive because of various production errors and defects. Simpson had to remake one of our closet doors 3 separate times!!!

It was incredibly stressful and frustrating, not to mention resulting in additional installation costs by us due to no fault on our end... Additionally, Simpson did absolutely nothing to make up for the delay or the extra installation costs. We definitely regret going with Simpson doors!!!

@Julie K, I'm so sorry to hear about your fiasco using Simpson doors. We placed our order last November and the Trustile Doors arrived in early April. We were pleased with the timeline. They were only delayed by 1 week. Again, I am very thankful and appreciative of people like you who post suggestions and take time out of your busy life to help others. Forever grateful.
