I'm looking for feedback from other owners of GE Monogram French Door ovens, specifically this one https://appliances.monogram.com/us/specs/ZTSX1FPSNSS (and maybe Profile and Cafe), WITH the new Touch Screens. Has anyone had issues with the display locking up? I'm not hitting the "lock" button.

We've had our new oven for about 3 week. The display has become unresponsive about 20 times. Most of the time in unfreezes in 5-20 seconds or when we open the French doors. Yesterday it locked up to the point I had to reset the breaker. I have also been able to get it to lock if I jump back and forth between function for a minute or two.

I called GE and they said they had not heard of this issue, but it really feels like a firmware glitch that others would have experienced. This has occurred with the old firmware and the new release that it downloaded last week. I have to say, the new firmware is pretty cool. New wallpaper, more sound themes and fun food fact.
