Spray cool glass cooktop with vinegar then sprinkle baking soda over that. Cover with cloth and leave for about 15 minutes then scrub.

Many glass top manufacturers recommend using a razor blade (used like you would on window glass…at an angle so as not to scratch). Sometimes it will scrape the junk right off if done correctly. I would not use Bar Keepers Friend as it’s actually abrasive if you scrub hard enough.

You can also try this….

Use the (razor) scraper, then put the ceramic cleaner on it. The cleaner is also supposed to “protect” the glass. Don’t turn the stove on and ”bake” the stain in (like I did). There are little kits you can buy with the cleaner, scraper and ”abrasive” pad. The cleaner lasts a long time

I use a razor blade all the time to clean up things the stovetop cleaner doesn't get. You just have to use a gentle hand and hold it at an angle. Try a tiny spot first until you get the hang of it. I scrub mine with glass stovetop cleaner and leave it on while I use the razor blade. The moisture provides some lubrication for the blade. Use short little strokes.

Any chance this pan was aluminum? If so, it's possible the stains are not removable. I used an aluminum steamer canner on my old glass top and it ruined it, so I don't use it on the stove any more. I don't cook in aluminum otherwise and no other pans have discolored it.

BUT, yours really does look like it could be removed with a razor blade.
