My home is in an area that the village will only allow you to build homes with natural materials. I have an old brick home. I need to renovate windows and soffits. The entire exterior needs work. Should I tear off old brick and replace it with new brick? Does anyone know the costs for brick in the New York area. Painting the brick is out of the Question. It is a French Style Colonial.
