Probably not, but no one can identify asbestos by visual inspection. If you want to be sure that material contains no asbestos fibers, you need to send a small sample to a certified test lab.

High percentage asbestos-containing materials may be white and flaky, such as pipe insulation. However, asbestos was incorporated into many products, and its presence can be masked by other components. Just because some building material is not white and flaky is no guarantee it does not contain asbestos
