Hydrogen peroxide pest spray.

Has anyone every sprayed their plants with undiluted or weakly diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide? I'm trying to get my pepper plants ready to come inside for the winter, but I think I may have used too much hydrogen peroxide. I looked up the ratio for how much hydrogen peroxide and water I should mix for the spray, but all i could find was 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 4 parts water, so I mixed 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide with 4 cups of water. A little while after I found an article that said to only use 10mL for every cup of water, for when you're spraying on the foliage. Are my plants going to be ok? Has anyone every had plants survive when they didn't dilute the hydrogen peroxide enough?
