hi there! working on a kitchen remodel, and currently creating a lighting plan. Would love your feedback on placement of recessed lights as im a little stuck. Ive read that distance between each recessed light should be half of the height of ceiling. as my ceilings are 8ft tall, i have my lights spaced 4 ft apart. I also have them placed over the edge of the countertop to ensure no shadows are casted. however - the recessed lights feels too close to the pendant i have over the peninsula on the right and the flush mounts i have over the sink.
