My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Palo Verde turning yellow

I planted 4 Palo Verde back in 2011, in Phoenix AZ. Three of them are doing fine. I recently noticed the trunk of one of them is turning yellow. I suspect my tenant doesn't a good job with watering. They are watered by hand.

Any suggestions on the discoloration's cause?
