Rangehood in front of window? Outdoor BBQ

Hi,

I am wondering how one would go about mounting a range hood in front of a window.

This is for an outdoor BBQ.

Also after any other unsolicited advice or ideas.

    That doesnt meet fire code clearances anywhere. That needs 10’ FEET of distance between it and a wall. Your insurance company would cancel you in a flash if they saw that.


    2015 IFC 308.1.4 Open-flame cooking devices. Charcoal burners and other open-flame cooking devices shall not be operated within 10 feet of combustible construction.
