My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Clopay vs CHI garage doors

Hi guys,
I am in the process of replacing two garage doors, 16x7 and 9x7.
I got quotes from both CHI and Clopay.
The same design and colors, Carriage House with composite overlay.
Clopay is asking 12 500$
CHI is asking 11 500$
Clopay has a slightly better R value, 18 vs 17. We live in Michigan.
Does anyone have any recommendations one way or another? Thank you.
