I live in a condo building and the person below me smokes both pot and cigarettes. Though the bylaws state that if you smoke indoors, you must have a ventilation system that mitigates the odors, this person doesn’t follow the rules. So, can anyone recommend a way to lessen the smoke odor. I’ve already had management address the club music at 2:30 AM and she’s been fined for it and complied but I’m reluctant to make a formal complaint about the smoking. Thanks for your help.
