Looking for a "dumb" induction / convection range

I didn't realize that this would be so hard to find. I would love an induction cooktop / convection oven slide in range that doesn't have all the wi-fi bells and whistles AND is also attractive. I like the look of Cafe Appliance Oven CES750P4MW2, but don't need it to be quite so fancy. In other words, give me some sturdy handles and knobs on my oven and forget the electronic buttons and smart features. Any ideas? I'm overwhelmed reading reviews.

The Blomberg BIR34452SS is probably the "dumbest" induction range with knobs you're going to find. It doesn't even have an oven timer. The LG LSE4616ST is the least-expensive induction range with knobs, but it does have features (though the fewest of LG induction ranges).

almost by definition induction is going to be more "complicated" . Flat panel touch controls are inexpensive to make. Knobs and buttons cost money. In reality the knobs are connection to electronics and are just as complicated as flat panel. There really is no direct connection

I have no problem with it being complicated, I just don’t want any smart features and prefer the appearance of knobs. Again, I am not looking for basic - just non-smart and attractive.

Trying to find any appliance without wifi stuff is a lot like trying to find a car without an automatic transmission! But, you can ignore the connected features and just not use them, where you can’t ignore a car into it’s way into being a stick shift.

The Blomberg BIR34452SS looks to be about as basic as you can get. It doesn't even have a clock, programmable start/stop oven, or timer. Specs.

We ended up getting an LG that has smart functions that we never use. It has knobs instead of sliders which was important to me. We’ve been very happy with it so far

When you say you don’t use the smart features, does that mean you don’t use the app or you don’t have it connected to Wi-Fi at all?

I have the LG LSE4617ST, the upgraded version of the LG LSE4616ST above. You have to connect the range to wi-fi to use the app. I experimented with the app which lets you control some oven functions but all range features can be controlled from the range's control panel so I decided not to use the app.

My range is still connected to wi-fi but, to my knowledge, LG does not update the range software (ala Tesla automobiles) so there's no reason to leave the range connected to wi-fi if you're not using the app.
