My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like a site finished Red Oak floor.

    Thank you for your inquiry. This project is from our staging portfolio, where we worked with the existing structural design. The photo shows these floors a little redder than they appear in person. My best guess is that they are a honey oak or red oak.
