Thank you all. I was able to get it with tsugajunkie's link. I changed all my bookmarks, so hopefully I won't have any more issues.

Annie, I think I have things figured out. IF I decide to proceed, I want to can part of it as just meat with a little broth, and part meat and lots of broth (using soup instructions).

I do have a question for the hot pack poultry. Can you cook raw turkey in broth until 3/4ths done then put in the jars? Or can you refrigerate 3/4ths done turkey while making the broth? I have to make my own broth because of food allergies. I have done soup before but not just meat, so I'm a little intimidated.
