Depending upon your work habits and entertaining styles - a full-sized sink in the island can either be a help with prep or a pain when loading dishwasher. If you use island as part of entertaining, sink doesn’t work well. Imagine yourself working and entertaining in space and go for most convenient layout.

That’s a lot of cabinetry and countertop for regular sized appliances. The windows are not existing? From left to right, I’d put the fridge, dishwasher, sink under big window, cooktop on the short end of the L, wall ovens. But ideally, a kitchen this big should be a two-cook kitchen, and that means a prep sink.

I'd put the cleanup sink under the window and prep sink on the island. I don't like cleanup sinks on islands. We usually have some hand washed things that we leave to dry on a drying mat. I would not want that on my island. We do all our prep at our island. I love having my cleanup sink separate from my prep sink. It works great for the way we use our kitchen.
