Autumn blaze maple not turning red??

I have an autumn blaze Maple that was planted about a year ago by a local nursery. It was well established at that point, wrapped in burlap. We have had a mild fall up until this point, but my leaves are still green with a slight tinge of yellow on some. No red. All of the other well-established in mature trees in my town have turned red up to this point. I’ve read places to wear a young tree may not be ready to turn red, is that true?
