Does your measurement of these rooms include the space where the closets and bathtub are? The area including the bathtub looks to be as wide as the bedroom. I can't help if I'm not using the same scale as you.

Offhand, I would put a new bathroom door between the toilet and the coat closet. If you don't have room there, you don't have room. If you do have room, you can give the toilet more privacy by having the door open against it. The view from the living room will be of the sink and tub.

It is true…a scale drawing with exact measurements of everything …existing fixtures…closets…walls…etc…is required…none of it makes sense as shown…

Probably best to post a photo of your current house plan, along with your wish list. Am I correct that the only change you want to make is to to add another doorway into the bathroom from a hallway?
