Grew same variety as last year, and this year they seem on the starchy side. Have been cured in the barn (by window - sun + warm) at least a month already. They don't taste bad but don't have that sweetness I expect from a butternut, and the texture is a bit starchy (not terribly so but different than what I expect). Didn't have this problem last year. Any clue what might have happened?
