Ciranova water based finish, weird stains?

Hi, I got my floors redone with a clear water based finish (ciranova ecofix woodlook). However, over the past few months, I've noticed weird staining on the floors.

Image 1: this was after some cleaners cleaned the house

Image 2: this was from the rubber feet of a scale resting on the floor with sun?

They don't come off easily with water + rug wiping it. I've also tried baking soda. Any ideas on how I can get them off and any ideas why exactly it's staining so I can prevent it? This is making me incredibly nervous about hiring cleaners :/

Rubber has [plasticizer in it that causes staining. You can stick felt on it to prevent contact. Not sure which chemical would cause the yellowing. It must have sat there for a long period of time. Find out what type of cleaners was used.

How many square feet? How many gallons was used? Woodlook covers between 400-500 sq. ft.

I believe multiple coats. I don't recall the exact #. I can reach out to the contractor to find out. Would the # of coats matter?

Yes, you may not have enough coverage. Ciranova requires 3 coats for wood look. You can do 1 or 2 if, you top it with Fortico 2C .

it seems the contractor did 3 coats for woodlook. do you have any insights what might cause this sort of staining?

Gotcha. I was recommended their Hard Floor Cleaner product: https://ciranovastore.com/products/hard-floor-cleaner#tab=application. I wonder if it'll help in getting the stains off.

I guess there's no way to know what's going on until I find out what's causing the yellow stains. That makes sense. Thanks!
