I would love to see pictures of it. I don't see a problem with the wall issue, Although you may want to protect the wall where doors may touch. Do share details about experience with this new addition in the laundry room.

Check the manufacturer's instructions to make sure there are no clearance requirements (I can't think of why there would be on the sides, though). If you can open to 90 degrees, that is plenty for loading and unloading.

I'm not familiar with this product, but assume the washer is a front loader so little risk of unbalanced loads causing it to shake? Would only suggest a bit of protection for the wall if it were a top loader (like some foam board between machine and wall.)

According to the installation instructions you can put it in a closet or recessed area but 1" of open space is required on either side and 4" at the rear.

Following , we are looking at the same washer tower because we have very low ceilings and these fit!

I see no problem if the door doesn't open fully. But if you want to protect the door, try using some corner guards, like this one.

We had ours installed 10 days ago. Love it so far! Haven’t used all the features yet, but will be playing around after the new year. My only frustration has been connecting it to wifi so I dont have to listen for buzzer when load is done.

This is located in a closet that previously had side by side units. We have someone building cabinetry on the right. Can’t wait!
