My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi, Shannon. The floor is a 3/4" tongue-in-groove solid wood oak that we finished on site to match the rest of the 1st floor. This was done about 4 years ago and my flooring installer produced a custom/blended stain, so it doesn't have a name. Sorry I can't provide finish name or brand. Any flooring installer can provide the unfinished oak. Let me know if you have any more questions. - Chad Hunter
