I chose #2 only because I really dislike exposed bulbs -- hard on my eyes. They've been on trend for awhile so suspect they'll look dated fairly soon.

Not #1. If you’re doing gold hardware, keep that finish (or something unnoticeable like white) I’m not a fan of the other two, unfortunately. Are you open to more suggestions?

Yes i am open to more options. The ceiling is not too high, so trying to stick to flush or semi flush. thanks!!

i like #2 and 3, but they're just different feels -- the first is more MCM and the latter is more modern. Be sure with #2 that you use frosted bulbs, and with #3 that you find the 5% of Edison bulbs that are in a non-yellow color.

#4 as it compliments the wood tone and gold hardware. Lovely kitchen!

Oops. We meant the 4 light brass light.

I think you need to think about the function of the light, as this seems to be your only light for task in this space right now you have a nice white light bulb in there giving you a good amount of light too for just one bulb, the clear fixtures will not do that as they are meant for decorative bulbs that will glow yellow. I hope you have plans for under cab lighting too? That being said the second fixture with the globes will allow you to put bulbs that will function, so of those that would be my choice.

I might go a little more flush, Led, and maybe even something not too flashy.. but still interesting.
