I might try a paste of oxyclean and water on a tiny bit of it to see if it removes the stain.

Hope someone comes up with a good cleaning idea. (I'm sick for you). Know that's not help, but.....

i have been going through same issue I had placed an orchid on table and it left a dark dirt ring from pot didnt know until I took it to water it tried all the solutions it said for this fabric and it made it worse

I wonder if anything worked for the OP? If not, I’d be breaking out the paint to cover it all. It would be a different look but would still have the nice texture.

Did you ever end up figuring out a solution? I have had similar spills on the same table and am trying to figure out if there is anyway to bring it back. I'm considering touch up paint it as a last resort.
