Need advice on master suite layout with laundry

Hello! The attached image outlines the overall space I have to work with for my master + laundry, so the following will need to fit:

Bedroom
Walk in closet
Bathroom
Laundry

The walls within the space are ones I drew in so those are flexible but the entrance to the space cannot move since there are stairs next to them. (Currently, the space has a bathroom on the top left, a sink in the bedroom (top middle), and laundry in the closet on the top right and the layout isn't working for us. The bedroom has extra space so I added a wall to this dedicates more space to bathroom/closet/laundry than before, which requires the entry to the room to walk into a nook, but I don't mind that to improve overall functionality.)

A few considerations:

I don't mind if the washer/dryer are stacked if high capacity stacking units exist (I have two small boys).
I am fine with just a shower, no tub.
Ideally the toilet would be in its own room with a pocket door but I think I don't have enough space for that.
I'd want the vanity to be the size of a double vanity (but likely will ultimately go with one sink and the rest extra counter space).
Of course need a wall between the closet and bathroom but I don't care which room the washer/dryer go in I don't need walls around them.

I just can't seem to figure out how to maximize the space! Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance. :)

1- Bedrooms need two means of escape in case of fire. Have you drawn all the windows already?

2- Show the adjacent hallways and rooms so that a laundry room entrance can be found.

I don’t like having a laundry room or bathroom near or inside a closet area….I want all moisture to be in a separate space and sent directly outside via a good exhaust fan. Moisture from the bathroom or laundry can damage your clothing. Would you be connecting the new plumbing to existing plumbing downstairs or adding all new plumbing?

With the door that way, you may not be able to get the bed and matress in/out. Can you show the surrounding areas of your house and also existing windows (unless those can be moved anywhere)?

Lots of problems here. Obviously the bedroom has to have windows, perhaps you just forgot to draw them in. I doubt that the door to the bedroom swings the way you show. If it does, it should be changed to swing into the bedroom against the wall. That would allow a door to a laundry room in the upper left corner from the hall. Not sure how you came up with dimensions to the nearest 1/8" either. But in general the bathroom in the upper right corner with some sort of closet between bath and bedroom looks like it would work best.

I agree a plan showing more of the surrounding area would be helpful.

Is this space on an upper level of the house? If so IMO a really poor place for laundry since a main floor laundry IMO is the perfect place since thta is where you spend the better part of the day.No runnin gup and down for every load twice , one trip down with all the dirty and one trip up with all the clean I never like laundry near a closet either

There's nothing wrong with having the laundry room on the bedroom floor. The advantage, obviously, is never having to carry laundry up and down stairs.

Thanks, all, for the feedback! The washer/dryer are up there already, along with our furniture! We are open to having the laundry accessed from the hall, outside our bedroom, or from within our bathroom or closet (like it is currently). I added the photo with the other two missing windows in. I hadn't thought about furniture getting in since we already have our furniture in there and that wall would be new (the one right when you walk in) so I'll definitely make sure we could change out our furniture before we put a wall in where it didn't exist, woops, haha!
