I don't see anything on the Siematics website. Why not contact the store nearest to where you are and ask there? You can send them the pictures and ask for more info. Tis a mystery!

I believe the glass top is called a swivel mounted turn around. Some have a leg which attaches to the glass down to the ground when swung around and out. Did you also find a leg or leg set of some sort stuck away with a bracket?

The bottom pull out could be used for either garbage or recycling containers so they are hidden

Haha. Thank you for the comments. This is certainly a mystery. Yes, I plan to contact the local Siematic dealer. I’ll update here when I find out. As far as the swivel top, I am assuming it is either a cutting board (but why is it raised) or a serving area. It swivels 360 degrees. But why?

The cabinet is just storage. Use it as you find most convenient. I would get some kind of divider for the top shallow part as that would seem to make the most sense.

The glass part is what I assume provides additional storage although I don't think it is the most functional use of space. Theoretically if you swing it out you have the counter surface as well as the glass surface to place things on. However, it just seems like it is not as functional as just having a counter would have been since you can't really use the counter space efficiently and glass is a less durable material than stone and you can never have anything "permanent" on either surface.
