window inlet drape or valance

Hello my Friends! My dilemma is that I need to figure a design and fabric for this hollow space in my living room. My sofa does not , nor do I want it to, fit in there. It is 2 feet deep. I would love all the suggestions I could on fabric and design ! Everybody have a great weekend and stay safe!
