My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

ceiling cracks in every room - serious?

Hi allI viewed a house to buy yesterday and on the whole finish looked adequate, bit of work needing redoing but nothing overly major. I did however notice cracks in the ceiling in nearly every room upstairs and downstairs, majority traversing the length of the ceiling and some between ceiling and wall. Have attached pictures, my question is do these look serious or cosmetic (appreciate it's hard to tell from a photo - photos in below comment)

    As mentioned above - have an inspection done by someone competent to do a structural evaluation including the foundation. I would never trust that to a run of the mill home inspector.
