The model/serial tag is affixed around the edge of the loading port, visible when the door is open. Cite the numbers here for further assistance, or look up the model yourself at an online parts source to find the door boot, then search the part number for best prices at online source.

The boot may not need replacement. Check and confirm that there are no tears or cracks in the entirety of the boot, and that outer edge of it is clean (and not torn or nicked), and same for the door face (clean) that mates to it.

Replacing the boot is not exactly difficult but can be tricky at first experience. The inside of the boot anchors to the edge of the tub with a clamp. A spring/wire that anchors it into the front panel can be particularly a bit of a chore to handle.

Check to make sure the seal is clean where it contacts the door! That would be an easy fix! I would inspect the boot for cracks and tears as mentioned above!
