Does your house spell something?

Raee posted this on the smiles thread in KT and I thought my decor buds would get a kick out of it...I'd never seen words in a house before, but once you see it, you can't not see it. Something I never considered when we were building.

Seems more like someone's mom has the green eyed monster to be so snarky.

Seen overhead, my house would be the letter J, backwards.

That is funny. I’d have never noticed it, if not pointed out. :D

My current house is L shaped, for Lover. Just kidding, more like Loser.

I'm in the Loser club like Jinx. I think the photo has been toyed with.

Arcy, I don't think it's snarky at all, it's kind of funny really. If that house was across the street from you I know you'd point it out to friends. ;)

Now I’m going to be driving around looking for words on houses.

My house clearly spells out a message

Gah….should i be concerned how long it took me to see it?!? I was literally about to beg for help when I finally got it. 😂

That's hilarious! I don't think it's shopped, but just dependent on the angle of the photo.

I saw it but I have pretty strong pareidolia, anyway, but usually it's seeing faces in everything. It's from the multi-set-back facade and vertical trim overlapping the window trim at an angle, so I don't think it's photoshopped. But the multi-set-back facade of these houses are just One of the factors that do not give me house envy.

My house doesn't say anything. My house looks like what a pre-schooler draws when they are asked to draw a house.

Not words, but I have always noticed when houses/buildings have faces...

This one is a local church:

I wonder if this is two different houses built in the same style. It seems the "poop" only becomes more noticeable on the gray house because of the higher contrast with the white trim when viewed from a certain angle.

My house doesn't spell anything, and I'm very glad of it. When my house starts spelling things, I'm leaving !

These pics are hilarious! No, mine doesn't spell out anything, but from the air it does look like a giant boomerang -LOL! (We had it designed like that to take advantage of the views).

My house does not spell out anything but an imaginative mind could see a skull in the facade (a Coco-style happy skull).

Poop is funny; calolb's church that looks like a baby chick is even funnier.

Pal, i never knew there was a name for seeing faces everywhere. I do the same thing. Do younremember the old Adam’s Mark logo? i could not look at it without seeig Gumby.

Pal, I never knew there was a name for it either. I used to take a lot of photos of old barns and was always seeing ’Barn Faces’ that were happy, sad, grumpy, funny.

Our house meanders and has an (intentional) added-on to look. When my BFF from middle school showed her son a picture of our house, he asked "which one is theirs?" LOL

Ded, OMG yes, I remember the Adam's Mark! City line.

If I could make my house say something I would put these words on my roof as a warning to visiting aliens searching for intelligent life:

    Keep Looking!
