What fridge would you put in this space?

It is 36 in tall and 28.5 deep. We're not planning to replace the stove for now. Not really concerned about matching but stainless steel would be good. Two I'm strongly considering are the cosmo brand counter depth stainless steel French door and the Fisher and Payle stainless steel French door with one drawer freezer. See pics below. This is a house from 1891. The kitchen is sort of rustic with a brick fireplace on one side. Big island with soapstone and cherry cabinets. Soapstone sink.
