My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there a downsized version of this home?

This home is amazing, but too much house for us. We would love a downscaled version with the main full amenities. Is this a possibility?

    There are currently no downscaled versions of the plan developed, but others have asked before, so it's a possibility. Can you tell me what features you would want to keep, and which you could do without? Also, about what square footage are you aiming for?
