Correct the orientation on you photo edit function and repost.

I suggest that you start by noticing how you step into that room. Do you step to the side to close the door? That will limit the space you can use for shelves. Can you clarify what the shelves are to be used for - decorative things, jewelry, folded linens, storage of seasonal things? All of those things need different types (strength) and heights of shelves. As you probably know, a cabinet with doors will not have much useable interior space as the space is only 12 inches deep.
