I wish I could give you the case number. We’ve just switched internet providers and have lost all of our emails. This has been going on now for over a year. i have all of the documents and have left many phone messages. Why would you tell us that parts had been sent? Could you please look it up from your end? So once agin you havent gotten back to me i guess you just wanted it to look like you were doing damage control i have never ever dealt with a worse company than Zline all i can say is Wow!! Buyer beware. there is no warranty on these
