We need a to scale floor plan showing all the measurements n, windows , doorways where those doorways lead where the plumbing is since you will need a big plumbing job to install a toilet .

Sure just keep everything on the 10 ft wall. 30 inch for toilet 36 for laundry stacking leaves 48 or less for vanity. Door should swing onto the empty wall and no walls dividing anything unless you go with a small 24" vanity then sure you can have walls around the laundry.

Are you going to wall off the stackable w/d i.e. will it be behind its own door? If not, you need to rethink doing this. In the last year I have seen multiple episodes of various HGTV/DIY shows that had the washer and dryer in a room which had a toilet and sink. Every single prospective buyer commented on it, saying how it pretty much was unacceptable to them. I am a big supporter of making a house a home, and not just an investment, but you should consider resale if that is in your future, and also think about guests who may use the room.
