Our spa was built a year ago and the bench was too high (feet dangling). I asked PB to shave off 2-3 inches from the bench and reapply pebbletech. The guys shaved off about 5" - and of course now it's really low. Argh. Anyhow, can they just pad it up with fresh concrete - or is this asking for trouble down the road for some reason (bonding etc). Suggestions welcome.
