Most space efficient would be adjustable shelves. Having a countertop in a pantry of that size, I think, is a waste of space. For the most part, the most cost efficent wouldnt be custom, but custom would be probably the most space efficient.

The third image's pantry is least expensive to build with ordinary lumber, then the first, then the second. Formica may be less expensive than butcherblock if you really want a counter. All three pantries have lighting inside. The pull-open doors give a lot more access than the bi-fold doors you have now, so look to see if your bifold doors can be converted inexpensively.

Definitely the 3rd picture is more cost effective, however if you need more storage space I would recommend picture 2. You can also custom build this pantry to be both cost effective and functional!

Renovating the kitchen with Ted Wood. Though Fabuwood cabinets were suggested for this space to save a bit.
My thought was (local) box/bases might save some rather than ordering cabinets from another company.

I love true pullout pantries and for sure you could do some in that space .I love them fo small appliances and for perfect organization

I was thinking shelves due to the weight of the (12) appliances. Something to consider. I wonder do weighted tall door faces tend to get out of alignment. My dream of a butler’s pantry doesn’t work with the space. Looking for easily accessible alternative storage area.
