Board and Batten and wallpaper?

Design dilemma. All opinions welcome. I have a small guest bedroom, 11 x 11, and right now everything is white, including my polished porcelain tiles.
I want to add some design elements and love this pale blue printed wallpaper from Serena and Lily but I'm not sure how to use it. On one, two or all the walls? What if I did board and batten 1/3 up and put the wallpaper above? What about draperies? I never see them in photos. I ordered a white upholstered bed from Ethan Allen and the floor and walls are white. I don't want to put the white bed up against white walls so I thought about painting the board and batten pale blue with the wallpaper above but it might seem a bit heavy for one wall and maybe too busy for the entire room to be done like that.
Any advice? My whole house is painted High Reflective White and want a cohesive look throughout the house so I don't want a very loud, heavy look.

I like a less girly guest room usually and I always strat with bedding for decor ideas , You have really blank slate and so what is your style ?I like the last pic and I would not bother with B&B in a small space but a nice wall color from the wallpaper you chooose is a nice way to make a guest room feel welcoming.IMO think 5 star hotel for a guest room and this space can be very different thna the rest of your home.

I think board-and-batten + wallpaper works together in a large enough room, but if I have the right sense of the size of the bedroom, I think it might be too much in this application. I like the inspiration pic with the wallpaper with no paneling. If you do the wallpaper, I would do all the walls.

The wallpaper is subtle. I would do it on all walls.

Thank you all. I like several design elements, but something in the back of my mind was saying there's too much going on! ὣ3. I have an open floor plan, with the guest bedroom right off the foyer, so I definitely want to keep all the rooms cohesive. I love Serena and Lily's style for a Florida house, and the wallpaper is lovely but I never envisioned it on all the walls. Do people ever do two walls? If so, which ones?
