I like the second and third from the top. I think the trim color is good. I would keep it. If you paint it the gray, that there will just be a thin white strip around the windows.

It isnt the chunky trim, that makes it look chopped. Its all the different colors everywhere, that gives it the choppy look. Pick a color from the stone, and paint the entire house the same color except for the stone, of course. The house needs a more unified exterior.

I agree with cat_ky above regarding the choppy look.

I would do the darkest grey on the trim and soffits. Then, the lightest grey (top) for the house body.

Agree with other posters, it’s the multiple colors that make the home feel choppy. Any of the colors you have there would work beautifully with the stone and the rest of the exterior, but only pick 2 (3 would make it feel broken up and busy again). The stone onthis front entry is a little lighter and with more tan, but it shows how using one color for the beams, siding, and front porch flooring makes the space feel more cohesive.
