It's hard to tell bc when I look at the samples I am seeing them in context with the current wall color - can you put them on a white posterboard or use larger samples like Samplize

Yes, I think the existing wall color is influencing your perception. On a monitor they look pretty similar.

Maybe put samples down below in wainscoting area to see better.

I’ve added the samples to the bottom wainscotting to see more of the colours or I keep the paint colour for now ? I really wanted something warm and inviting and not sure if the current colour was too dark ?🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

I would personally go lighter than either of those colors.

Balboa Mist definitely has a sagey green undertone, but it looks great on walls. I don't see that conflicting with your other decor choices.

I like what you already have, a lot more than either of your samples. They look very beige on my monitor, both of them.
