Basement layout

Hi, I'm asking for help with figuring out a new basement layout. We are moving an old house onto a new basement and need to figure out the basement layout before we can pour the foundation. We want to move the current basement stairs to create a main floor laundry room and back entry. We are planning to move the stairs to the current bedroom, but are not set on that. Putting the stairs in the living room is not an option because we need that space to entertain guests.
Here is what we want to include in the basement in the order of most essential to least essential.
Mechanical room
2 bedrooms with closets
A bathroom
A rec room for kids to hang out in.
Would love it if someone could give us some fresh ideas. This is a first time of posting for me.
The mechanical room works best on the south side of basement because of how the sewer pipes will leave the house. A porch will cover the north wall of the basement. The stairs will be used as a storm shelter/ storage area. This leaves the west side as our only option for egress windows in bedrooms.
To complicate things, we need two load bearing walls. I have them marked on the graph paper. We are open to using beams to create an open rec room, but would also like to do it the most economically way possible.
We would also like the bathroom to be split with the shower and toilet in a separate room from the vanity. Thanks for taking the time to help us out!
