Hello! We just bought a very old small home. It's a 3 bedroom but only one downstairs. We want to have a nice cottage but it's so small and the load bearing walls are causing complications for layout. I priginally just wanted to renovate the kitchen but i realized i was thinking too small. Does anyone have any advice on where they would place certain rooms? We want a mudroom/hallway, small laundry area, kitchen, dining, living, basic bath and bed. Thank you!
