Hey, I think the mirrors look fine. Live with them for a while. I think the ledge looks good with the soft plant. One more large vase maybe. Marge is MIA.

If you changed the grey paint in the mirrors if ether just scuff the wood up a little in places to give it a more natural look, or dry brush an ivory/white over the gray and maybe wipe some off until you like the look. But also fine as-is 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m indifferent to the vases under the ledge. I don’t think they look bad but they may be a pain to vacuum around. I’d be too lazy to pick them up and end up pushing too hard and knocking one over to break. But maybe you aren’t like me 😂

Hi all home with my daughter she had nasal polyp surgery on Weds and laying low. Needs mom for sure!! Found a lamp at the lighting store when I was picking up a pendant bulb.

HI all! I had a nice compliment from a neighbor. She asked if I was living here yet? It looked staged!

I'm good with that!! Need something above my desk. Color? Not a clock though --found a spot upstairs that is perfect for the one!

Keeping the rug for now but not at all done with pillows and throws. Buy a few ...return a few... You all made this so comfy for me thank you! Neutral to my liking but need a piece above the desk to catch my eye. I love the boulder pic so much...needs to compliment it and WOW .

Morning. Here’s a thought to take you out of your comfort zone. I’ve often thought a piece of art that mimics your view at the other end of the room was a cool idea. I know, I know, it’s not edgy like boulder art. But as your sitting at your desk working, you can be dreaming about getting on that little red boat and sailing away to some dreamy place. Okay, I’m done 😂😉😘. Here are some of my favorites. Monet. Simple unexpected floating frame.

I just think a picture on that wall with the boulder art, the mirrors, and the baskets all aligned may not be the "WOW" I want--Lots of space between everything so does not feel scrunched for sure. May look that way in pics tho

It's all looking fab.  As for something by the computer, instead of something flat against the wall, how about something that hangs down from the ceiling like a macrame plant hanger with plant.  I would hang it to the right of the computer so its not directly over the computer.

Or...  a mobile of some kind....

Don’t know if this would work….but here goes…..what if you repositioned your desk so that you would face looking out the window while at the computer? This would break up the linear line-up of that long wall. Is the desk finished on all sides ? Can you conceal cords ?

Where is that lamp from? Love the plant wall but already looks like a plant nursery in here. Keeping the area rug. It works as it is bright. Would still like to find something I love above desk but no rush. On a budget here for sure so not buying much right now! Too expensive to live in Seattle :(

Hey there. Yes we dodged a bullet. It was headed to us as it left Florida and took a left turn. Then a cold front pushed it a little north of us into north of Charleston. It was a horrible storm and the pictures out of Florida are heartbreaking.

Hey Imuhrich, thought you'd like to know that Seajay had a stroke a few days ago. She seems to be doing alright but is still in the hospital.

If you all know how many compliments I get when people walk in to my condo. It as been over a year and a half now and you all helped me make it feel like home. Now need help with a cabin that my sister and I own...together...yike...different ideas...different budgets...different goals...At this point we want to keep it in family, not airbnb but to friends to use. Small budget. Need windows and flooring first before we get the electrical, bathroom, etc. improvements done. Can you please follow my rustic cabin floooring help needed. Will look for a link :) Blessed!♥
