We have chosen SW Pressed Flower (satin finish) for our daughter's room in our new house. The upstairs bedrooms have slanted walls/ceilings. We can't decide on which surfaces to paint as "walls" and which to paint as "ceilings." Please help! Considerations:

1. I've read that only flat surfaces should count as ceilings, but there is a large white A/C return on one of the slanted walls (see upper left of last photo). The previous owners painted the angled walls the same color as the ceiling but their wall/ceiling colors had less contrast than what we're using.

2. Since SW Pressed Flower is pretty strong and the room isn't huge or super light-filled, I'm hesitant to paint the walls and ceiling the same color and risk it feeling really dark.

3. The room has a south-facing window (left in 1st photo) and a west-facing window (right) though the west-facing window light is largely obscured by a tree.

4. The built-in twin beds in the picture will be removed.

5. We really only want to work with SW Pressed Flower and the other colors being used in the house. I'm not looking to move away from Pressed Flower or bring in another whole new paint color just for this room.
