Speed Queen DC5003WE dryer was just delivered and installed (half hour ago, hasn't been used) and it is problematic.

The dryer's door is extremely hard to open (and close).

You can't even open it with one hand, if you try to, the entire machine moves toward you because the door is that hard to open! This is totally not normal. (Looking for input here but yes I spoke to seller (original salesperson I had is of course out today) who is sending another one (two day wait) but I’m worried about a repeat with it. This can’t possibly be a known issue, right?? Speed Queen wouldn’t be able to sell it.

In order to open the door you have to literally hold the dryer with your left hand, and then pull (hard) with your right hand to get it open. Closing it isn't exactly easy either. WTF? I have a SQ washing machine (bought one year ago) which has had no issues whatsoever. Help.
