Looks like Japanese honeysuckle (Lonicerao) to me. Emerging flowers are often pink, fading to white -- at least here. Invasive on my lot, but some disease kills them at fairly young ages.

I doubt this is Lonicera japonica. It doesn't appear to have any vining tendencies and IME is rarely ever pink - typically yellow fading to white.

I believe this to be one of the invasive shrubby forms of honeysuckle, perhaps L. tatarica.

I would not rely on any disease killing them off :-)) These are particularly robust plants that are not fussy about growing conditions and spread vigorously. Manual removal is suggested.

It is not L japonica. Could be L tartarica or the paired buds might fit L x bella.

this is the rather free seeding shrub .. invasive in some areas ...

i once pulled a 8 foot shrub in full shade out with my bare hands.. i swear it only had 3 roots ...

gardengal and floral are correct, it appears to be "showy honeysuckle" (L x bella). Here's a good description from Minnesota Wildflowers: Showy Honeysuckle . Invasive, but some are quite attractive in flower - here's one that I allowed to grow in my back yard (photo 5/23/22). And Ken is also correct - they are relatively easy to pull by hand, especially the smaller ones.

Thank you everyone i am going to pull it. so weird this popped up behind my haskap. i thought the haskap was reseeding which also worried me somewhat then when this flowered i new i was dealing with something different. the leaves and form if both plants are similar

This hybrid and the straight Tatarian Honeysuckle are highly invasive in these parts. You'll find both growing in ditches and woodland edges. I would put them only behind Rhamnus cathartica for their ability to spread and being an overall nuisance. The link arbordave provided pulls no punches when describing the hybrid's status: "Invasive - ERADICATE!"

Wished it was twin berry honeysuckle that would have been a welcome and rare surprise in wisconsin
