I love it and was reminded of this kitchen. My feeling is that anything contemporary or different has the potential to go out of favor. But if everyone worried about that none of these great kitchens would exist. Unless you are really concerned for resale I would go with what you love.

I do really like it as well. In fact, unless we talk about classic furniture, all furniture might look dated in a few years. Classic furniture is already dated for more than fifty years...Don't be afraid to be cool!

Hi JoJo13, I am presently considering the Bellmont Terra Carbon or maybe Field for a kitchen in Belltown (also with lots of light). I have the same concern about 5 yrs... I assume you went for the Terra Stone. How was it working with Bellmont? How is the product quality? I know it's too soon for 5 yr question, but would you do it again? Any thoughts would help. I am only thinking of using it for the lower cabs, as I plan to do a matt white etched glass upper from Pedini. I absolutely love the cabinets. I used the Terra Stone on the bottom and the taupe on top and the kitchen is gorgeous. The quality is excellent. At this point, I would definitely do it again. Check back in 5 years... :)
