No. It doesn't belong around the entry door either to be honest. What's done is done, but I'd paint out the white door trim to a charcoal , that much is certain. As to kitchen?

De clutter the kitchen counters, de clutter the open cabinet uppers.........and remove the riser from the counter before you tile anything. What tile? A nice simple soft white to harmonize with tops. A pale gray........ ? Ceramic is easiest to clean . Consider some under the cabinet lighting as well.

You need something washable in a kitchen, not something with crevases. Also, you didn't ask for advice on your front door, so I'm not going to comment on it, but if you are doing to buy a new front door, please ask for comments on that as well.

Ledgestone would be considered a contemporary accent for a home. You have not shared with us the style of your home. Your front door is VICTORIAN and they are not building too many of those homes these days. The ledgestone doesn't belong in a kitchen. Select a tile and declutter the kitchen.

This type of door would complement the stone around the door.

Please don't think you can select anything you like and it will all fit together nicely. Every wrong move you make devalues your largest asset your home. Choose carefully.

That would be a disaster in a kitchen. It’s already not great with that front door. Do as @Jan Moyer said and get rid of the stuff everywhere in your kitchen and go with a simple tile AFTER you remove that 4inch piece of counter top material that exists as your current backsplash.

That material does not belong with that front door and for sure not in the kitchen as a backsplash. I agree a huge decluttering in the kitchen and a nice simple tile once you have removed the backspalsh you already have would be good if you must have tile . BTW stacked stone is a dated look always in the interior of a home and belongs on contemporary exteriors only .
