Container Gardening Orchid

Water quality help needed

I have killed a Calathea Beauty star already and currently grow over 100 orchids in the house. I understand the water quality is key especially high sodium is a no no for senaitive roots like those of my phragmepedium.
I have no experience with water quality report. Could someone please tell me if my tap water is high risk for sensitive roots of certain orchids or house plants?

The report you have is your utility’s report on federaly regulated compounds. The report you need is one that shows you aspects of the water that are not regulated because, they are not harmful. Our utility titles theirs ”Other Water Quality Information”. You should be able to find it on your utility’s website.

Most tap water kills mine unless I flush them out at least twice a month. I never water in sips or sprays. I soak them of they will fail,.

I use rain water collected.
