Maybe, I have let them grow more until plants are laying down (or close) cloves get bigger and start to split from main body. I suggest harvest half now and half in 2 weeks.

I'd let them go for another 3 to 4 days. Time to pull is when the bottom three leaves are brown but I've noticed many of your third leaf still has a lot of green in them. Garlic does most of it's bulking up in the last 2 to 3 weeks and your going to lose a lot on size if you pull them now. The bulbs take the nutrients from the leaves to grow so wait until the third leaf is completely brown.

Waiting until all the leaves turn brown or plants lay down will cause the cloves to separate, the paper to split open, allow water in, cause rot and drastically reduce storage time.

i heard 3 is the magic number so the 3rd leaf has to be brown to signal: dig 'em up!

Ditto on the recommendation to wait awhile. Those are soft neck garlic, the signs for when to harvest differ... one of mine lays down like onions when ready, while others need to be harvested when a percentage of leaves turn brown. I harvest when the browning of the total leaf area reaches about 50%, rather than when whole leaves die. The thing to remember about garlic is that every remaining green leaf represents a layer of protective bulb skin... so if the garlic is intended for long storage, early is better than late.

I always dig my softneck garlic on the early side and they keep exceedingly well for over a year in a bowl on the counter. Not worth waiting too long. I've got over 20 years experience doing this. And I'm digging them tomorrow.
