In your garden? If not ,perhaps elsewhere in the UK, While certainly a tropical plant, hardy banana species can be grown in range of climates and there is actually an edible banana plantation in Suffolk, although that seems somewhat astonishing!

together with the grey-ish sky which does not look so tropical, I would guess too somewhere in the UK. In Basel I saw some (ornamental?) reddish Banana plants in an ornamental planting but those overwintered in a greenhouse

It’s my daughter’s garden in west London. The bananas were there when she moved in in November. We’re waiting to see if any fruit ripens.
